1. No refunds after activation The moment your activation code is sent, the purchase is final. Codes are delivered by email/SMS.
2. Only ONE reason qualifies You received the wrong code Everything else is non-returnable.
3. How to start a return Email us within 24 hours of delivery: 📧 info@luxconmobile.com Include: • Order number • Phone number used • Screenshot of the wrong code.
4. Refund process Once we verify the mistake, we refund the back to the credit card used  at purchase within 3–5 business days. No cash, no  credits.
